OKRs stands for “Objectives and Key Results.” It is a collaborative goal-setting methodology used by teams and individuals to set challenging, ambitious goals with measurable results. OKRs are how you track progress, create alignment, and encourage engagement around measurable goals.

To start creating OKR for your employees, go to the Performance section --> OKRs tab

Here is the Objectives tab where you can manage all Objectives in your company.
There are 5 types of Objectives:

Company-Wide
Location
Division
Department
Individual

There is a filter on the main page that you can use to manage all of this information. You can find the OKR by the owner, by name, by status, etc.
There are four OKR statuses: open, expired, closed, and archived.



When you create a new OKR you need to fill out next:

Objective name
Owner
Type
Choose parent objective (if need to build a relationship)
Add Key Results (what needs to be done to achieve the objective)
Add a period of time when the objective need to be closed



OKRs can be created in the OKR section, in the employee's profile (Performance tab), and by the quick action button near the Search field.

Note! An objective can have just one owner so just one employee should be responsible to close it. If you want to create an Objective for a group of people, create one main Objective and add child Objectives for the rest of the team members.

Now let's open one of the OKRs and see what it looks like. It contains information about the start date, the end date, and the last update. You can use the three dots button at the top to edit, close, archive, copy and add a child OKR. Below you will see information about when the goal was last changed, by whom it was changed, and if there are any comments on the goal, they will also be shown here.



It is also very important to track employees changing the progress of Objectives in time and all information should be up to date. That is why in General Settings it is an option to set up a Check In frequency.
