PeoplePerform

The PeoplePerform Module is consists of 4 main parts.

1-on-1s
Talking regularly and having an open communication channel will help your employees and their teams perform at their highest levels. 1on1s improve employee happiness and help surface issues or problems in your team early on. If done well, 1-on-1s will steer your team in the right direction, build a cohesive culture, and ensure that your direct reports can grow and achieve their career goals.

Objectives
OKRs stand for “Objectives and Key Results.” It is a collaborative goal-setting methodology used by teams and individuals to set challenging, ambitious goals with measurable results. OKRs are how you track progress, create alignment, and encourage engagement around measurable goals.

KPIs
A key performance indicator (KPI) is a measurable value that demonstrates how effectively a company is achieving key business objectives. Organizations use KPIs to evaluate success at reaching targets. High-level KPIs may focus on the overall performance of the business, while low-level KPIs may focus on processes across departments like sales, marketing, HR, or support.

Performance Review
Performance reviews are a foundational way to leverage talent, understand needs and opportunities, and gather intelligence for making connections with employees and larger organizational strategies. They also play a central role in empowering employees by helping reach their fullest potential.

Configuring Objectives

Here is the Objectives tab where you can manage all Objectives in your organization.
There are 5 types of Objectives:

Company-Wide
Location
Division
Department
Individual

These types give an ability to build a relationship between Objectives and create a moving tree which will be managed by each employee performance.

There is also a filter here, which you can use to manage all of this information. You can find an
objective by owner, name, status, etc. There are also four statuses: (open, overdue, closed and archived).

You can create a new objective from the Employee Profile, from Quick Action button and from Objectives management page.
What need to be done to create an objective:

Objective name
Owner
Type
Choose parent objective (if need to build a relationship)
Add Key Results (what need to be done to achieve the objective)
Add period of time when objective need to be closed

IMPORTANT! Objective can have just ONE owner so just one employee should be responsible to close it. If you want to create an Objective for group of people, create one main Objective and add child Objectives for the rest of the team members.

This is how Objective page looks like from the Employee Profile. He/she will see all key results and also can manage them and make a progress. Also it's possible to apply the status on each Key Result and the worst status of Key Result will be applied on the whole Objective Status.

Its also an ability for employees to close the Objective when it's done and access his result.

It is also very important to track employees changing the progress of Objectives in time and all information should be up to date. That is why in General Settings it is an option to set up a Check In frequency.

KPIs

On the KPI tab you will be able to see all the KPIs across your organization and can be filtered by Type and Owner.

To create a KPI you need to add a Name, Type, Unit and Owner.

To set up numbers for each month you need to open created KPI and add the needed value for each month.

To update your monthly reached target you can press the button "Update Progress" and fill out your result and indicate the date.

IMPORTANT! You can update the result just till the current period NOT for the future.

KPIs will be also available in Employee Profile in Performance tab and can be added there too.
