Creating a custom role for Recruiter in the system and configuring access rights for it

The PeopleForce system provides you with a unique opportunity to create various custom roles with specific access rights and functionality that align with your company's unique needs. For example, let's consider the process of creating the "Recruiter" role and configuring its access rights to better meet your company's requirements in recruiting and talent management.

Step 1: Navigation to the "Settings" section and role creation

In the system, navigate to the "Settings" section. In the "Settings" section, find the "Roles and Permissions" menu item and select it. Here, you will see a list of existing roles in the system. Create a new custom role using the "New Role" button.

Step 2: Role name and description

When creating a new role, you will be prompted to enter a name and description for the "Recruiter" role. Choose a clear name that reflects the function and responsibility of the recruiter in your organization, such as "Recruiter" or "HR manager."

Step 3: Assigning employees to this role

In the "Who is assigned to this role?" section, use filters to select employees who will be assigned to the "Recruiter" role. Assigning employees will provide them with the necessary rights and functionality required for recruiting tasks.

Step 4: Granting access rights to fields in employee profiles

PeopleForce offers three visibility options for fields:

- None: If selected, employees with the "Recruiter" role will not see the specified fields in employee profiles.

- View: This option allows employees with the "Recruiter" role to view the specified fields in employee profiles but not edit them.

- Edit: By choosing this option, employees with the "Recruiter" role will have the ability to not only view but also edit the specified fields in employee profiles.

In the "Who do these permissions apply to?" section, you can set filters to specify which employees the recruiter will have access to the specified fields. For example, you can configure a filter to grant the recruiter access only to the fields of certain employees, using parameters such as name, surname, position, or employee identifier.

Step 5: Granting access rights to company actions

In the "Company" section, you can grant specific access rights to actions that recruiters can perform in your company. For example, you can allow access to the PeopleRecruit module and set permission for the "Manage test template." This will enable recruiters to create tests for candidates and export the obtained data for further analysis.

Step 6: Saving the settings

After setting the access rights and functionality for the "Recruiter" role, ensure that all settings align with your needs. Click the "Save" button to save the new role and configurations.

Now you have a custom "Recruiter" role with configured access rights and functionality. You can assign this role to users with corresponding recruiting responsibilities and use it to manage the personnel recruitment processes in your organization effectively.
