Learn how to login into your PeopleForce account

Before you can log into your account, your PeopleForce administrator needs to send an invitation email that grants you access to PeopleForce. Follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Get started in the invitation email.

  2. You will be directed to a screen where they can create a password and submit it.

  3. The next step will be to log in using their work email and the password created.

  4. You will be logged in and taken to the homepage of your PeopleForce account.

In the future, you can use the PeopleForce login screen to log in by entering your email address and the password you just configured.

What happens if you forget their password?

No worries, the login page has a forgot password option. Instruct them to click “Forgot password,” and a reset link will be sent to their email. They’ll need to click the link in the email and type in your new password.

Alternatively, an admin can send a password reset link to an employee. You will receive an email with a link to change their password.
