✅ How to make sure you receive emails from PeopleForce

Updated this week

If emails from PeopleForce aren’t arriving in users' inboxes, they might be getting blocked or sent to spam by your Google Workspace settings.

To fix this, your Google Workspace administrator can add PeopleForce's sender email to the approved senders list. This helps ensure that messages skip Gmail’s spam filters and are delivered properly.

Here’s how to do it:

🔧 Steps for the Google Workspace admin

  1. Sign in with an administrator account to the Google Admin console.

  2. From the Admin console home page, go to:
Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Spam, Phishing, and Malware.

  3. On the left, select an organizational unit.

  4. Scroll to Spam and click Configure or Add another rule.

5. In the Add setting box, enter a unique name for the setting and select the checkbox to bypass filters.

6. If the list doesn’t exist yet, click Create or edit list, provide a name for the list, add the email addresses, and save the list.

7. Finally, select Use existing list, choose the list you created, and save the setting.

Once added, emails from PeopleForce will skip spam filtering and be delivered directly to users’ inboxes. For more details, you can also check Google’s guide: Customize spam filter settings
