UI improvements

Updated yesterday

We’ve introduced two thoughtful updates designed to simplify your daily work and help you stay focused. The new Inbox brings all your actionable items into one place, while Attendance navigation is now clearer and more intuitive.

Your new Inbox: more than just tasks

Previously, we highlighted only your tasks with a badge in the sidebar. But tasks are just one part of your workday. Approvals, reviews, feedback, surveys, and e-signatures also require timely attention, and they used to live across different sections.

To bring everything together and give the right focus to what truly matters, we’re introducing Inbox: one place for all your actionable items.

Why this matters

  • One badge for all your work The sidebar badge now counts all actionable items, including tasks, approvals, reviews, and signatures. You can see at a glance if anything needs your attention.

  • From tasks to actions Tasks haven’t disappeared. They are simply no longer the only focus. By shifting attention to all actionable items, it becomes easier to manage your work more evenly.

  • One page, full control Inbox brings all pending items together in one place. Each entry includes the necessary context and a clear action button, so you can complete, approve, sign, or review without switching between sections.

For now, Inbox gives you a calm and reliable place to stay on top of everything and feel confident that nothing gets missed.

A small change that makes Attendance simpler and clearer

You might notice a small but important update in the sidebar and the Attendance experience. We want to explain what changed, why we made this decision, and what it enables next.

What changed?

Previously, Attendance-related actions were split into two places:

  • Clock-in for your personal attendance

  • Attendance for the company-wide overview

Although they were separate in the sidebar, they represented the same thing: attendance, just viewed from different perspectives.

Now, this has been simplified.

✅ Clock-in is now part of Attendance

✅ Inside Attendance, you can quickly switch between:

  • Company for company-wide attendance

  • My for your personal attendance, previously Clock-in

Nothing is removed. Everything is simply grouped in a clearer and more logical way.
