Assign multiple assignees for tasks
Tasks just got more flexible with PeopleForce! You can now create Shared tasks and assign them to multiple people, ensuring that any assignee can take ownership and complete them. This is particularly useful for tasks where responsibility is shared among a team. For example, when setting up a task to provide assets, hardware, or software to a newcomer, you can assign it to everyone in the IT admins team. Any member can then step in and mark the task as completed, eliminating the need to create duplicate tasks or reassign them manually. Read more here.
Assign substitutions for tasks
When configuring a task action in the workflow for automatic task creation, you can now enable substitutions for initially assigned task performers. If an assigned employee is on leave when the task is created, it will automatically be reassigned to their substitute, ensuring that work continues without delays. Read more here.
Use variables in interview templates
Use variables in interview templates or emails to automatically fill in details like candidate information, vacancy specifics, hiring personnel, and sender details. This saves recruiters time when scheduling interviews and ensures every email feels personal and accurate. Personalized communication makes candidates feel valued, leaving a lasting positive impression of your company. More here.
Integrate your PeopleForce account with Microsoft Outlook
Employees can integrate their PeopleForce account with Microsoft Outlook, enabling recruiters to email candidates directly from their PeopleForce profile using their work email. This keeps the entire message history in one place, eliminating the need to switch between platforms. Read more here.
Distinguish time entry types with icons for clarity
The system now makes it easy to differentiate between time entry types by using icons: a pencil for manually created or modified entries and a clock for tracker-recorded time. This helps managers clearly see whether entries were made manually or by the tracker, ensuring better visibility and accuracy. By preventing unauthorized changes to tracked data, the system also protects data integrity and compliance. Additionally, the system displays multiple time entries per day in separate rows, allowing for more detailed time tracking and visibility.
Customize exporting files for timesheet
The attendance export feature allows you to get the data you need in your preferred format. You can group data by month, day, or individual entries, include comments, and choose to display time in hours or minutes. This makes it easier to analyze records, improves reporting efficiency, and ensures all attendance-related details are clear and accessible. More here.
