Setting up mobile phone login

To configure phone-based login, you must have Administrator permissions or access to the Authentication section 🔒. If you don’t have the required rights, please contact your account administrator.

To enable mobile sms login:

Once enabled, users will be able to sign in using their phone number from their PeopleForce profile. The system will send a 6-digit one-time code via SMS, which must be entered on the login screen.

This provides a more convenient login method, especially for employees who mainly use mobile devices.
