Learn how to send invitation to your employees or reset the password for them

Logging in to PeopleForce is the gateway to accessing everything PeopleForce offers.

If they are a new joiner, what do you need to do?

If they’re a new joiner in the company, you need to send them an invitation to join PeopleForce. They will receive an invite to their work email, which they can use to join PeopleForce and set up their profile. First, they must accept the invitation sent to their work email by clicking Get started, create a password and then log into PeopleForce and set up their profile.

How to log in to PeopleForce

Once the invite is accepted, they will be directed to a screen, where they can create a password and submit it. Next step will be to log in using their work email and the password created.

What happens if they forget their password?

No worries, the login page has a forgot password option. Instruct them to click “forgot password,” and a reset link will be sent to their email. They’ll need to click the link in the email and type in their new password.

Alternatively, as an admin, you can send a password reset link to an employee. They will receive an email with a link to change their password.
