Customize your company account with a logo, cover image and action button color

Learn how to add your company logo, home page cover image and allow your employees upload their own cover photos

We want you to feel at home with PeopleForce! If you're like us and use it daily, it's crucial to align it with your company's branding. Customize it with your logo, action button colors, home page cover images, and more to reflect your unique culture throughout the employee experience. All customization options are available in the General settings of PeopleForce. Let's get started!

How to add your organization's logo

Tip: Prepare your logo file for uploading before you begin. Supported formats: .svg, .png, .jpg.

  1. From the left menu, select Settings > General > Personalization.

  2. In the Logo section, click on Choose file button.

  3. Browse your logo file. Your logo will be displayed in top left corner and on your career site.

Choose the color of action buttons

In the Personalization section, select one color from the given options to be applied to your company action buttons.

Enable employee cover image

1. In the Personalization section, navigate to the Home page cover image section.

2. Click on the "Choose file" button.

3. Browse and select your cover image file.

4. Once uploaded, it will be displayed at the top of the Home page.

This will override only the changes for default cover photo and won't affect those uploaded by your employees.

Allow employees to upload their own cover photo

If you allow employees to upload their own cover photo, they will see an "Edit cover photo" button in their profile. This button enables them to personalize their profile with a cover photo of their choice.
