Invite your new employees to experience PeopleForce by welcoming them to the platform.

🪄 During your onboarding, our Customer Success Managers will handle the bulk invitation process. All you need to do is coordinate a date with our Customer Success team.

Our system also provides two additional options:

  • automatic invitation sending through workflows;

  • manual sending invitations to individual employees in their profiles.

How to invite employees using workflows

Step 1 – Grant system access

Use the Add or Update People import. In the Access column, enter 1 for every employee you want to give access to, then import the file as usual.

Step 2 – Send invitations in bulk

  1. Go to Workflows and click + New Workflow.

  2. Create a Once-off scheduled trigger.
    ⚠️ Tip: Schedule it for tomorrow or the day after. If you pick today, it will only run the next day.

  3. Select who this workflow applies to (for example, the Customer Support department) and save the trigger.

  4. In the Action menu, choose Send welcome letter.

This will send invitations to all selected employees at once, letting them start using the system.

How to invite employees from the employee profile

When a new hire joins the company, you can manually send the invitation to the employees in their profiles.

ℹ️ To send an invitation, enable self-service access for an employee in the employee profile.

  1. Navigate to the employee profile.

  2. Click on the Actions menu.

  3. Choose Send welcome letter.

ℹ️ Employees will receive an email containing a link to PeopleForce, where they can set their password and log in.
