Learn how to invite employees to the system

Invite your new employees to experience PeopleForce by welcoming them to the platform.

During your onboarding, our Customer Success Managers will handle the bulk invitation process. All you need to do is coordinate a date with our Customer Success team.

Our system also provides two additional options: automatic invitation sending through workflows or manually sending invitations to individual employees in their profiles.

How to invite employees using workflows

You can send invitations in bulk using the workflow feature. Follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Workflows and click on + New Workflows.

2. Create a scheduled Once-off trigger.

Note: Schedule the workflow for either tomorrow or the day after. If you schedule it for today, it will not trigger until the next day.

3. Choose who this workflow will be applied to. For example, select the Customer Support department. Save the trigger.

4. In the action menu, choose Send welcome letter.

How to invite employees from the employee profile

When a new hire joins the company, you can manually send the invitation to the employees in their profiles.

To send an invitation, enable self-service access for an employee in the employee profile.

  1. Navigate to the employee profile.

  2. Click on the Actions menu.

  3. Choose Send welcome letter.

Employees will receive an email containing a link to PeopleForce, where they can set their password and log in.
