Bring your OKRs into sync with progress tracking, performance reviews, and IDPs. With the new Objective Cycles, all objectives are grouped into shared timeframes, making it easier to keep everyone aligned - whether it’s a department, team, or the whole company. You can now set OKRs using both bottom-up and top-down approaches, ensuring flexibility in how goals are created and cascaded.
The setup wizard helps you define cycles with clear cadences, visibility, and approval rules, so goals are never set in isolation but always connected to your company’s performance rhythm.
❗Note: We're rolling out this feature gradually. If you’d like to test it, please contact us at support@peopleforce.io
