What is Me page?

The Me page is your personal dashboard, offering a comprehensive view of all activities relevant to you as an employee. The Overview tab provides information about your current tasks, submitted leave requests, etc.

Managers can also use this page to approve or decline time-off requests from their direct reports and see all upcoming 1:1s and interviews they are involved in.

Calendar

The Calendar tab displays key events like holidays, leaves, upcoming 1:1s, and interviews involving the employee or their direct reports across the company based on the selected filter.

Forms

The Forms tab offers a comprehensive view of all forms that an employee has submitted, approved, rejected, or awaiting approval.

  • Requiring my approval: This section displays forms that require the employee's approval. It helps the employee easily manage and track pending approvals.

  • Actioned by me: This section shows forms the employee has either approved or rejected, providing a clear record of their actions on various requests.

  • Submitted by me: In this section, employees can find all forms they have personally submitted, such as vacancy requests, employee change requests and self-service requests, helping them track and follow up on their submissions.

1:1s

In the 1:1s tab, employees can set up new 1:1 relationships or view all existing ones. By selecting a specific relationship, they can access detailed information about all past and upcoming 1:1 meetings within that relationship, as well as edit or reschedule those meetings.

Note: This information is accessible to users of the Perform module.

KPI

In the KPI tab, employees can create new KPIs, track their progress, and view all existing KPIs. By selecting a specific KPI, they can dive into detailed progress updates, update the progress, adjust target values, and monitor performance over time to ensure they are on track to meet their objectives.

Note: This information is accessible to users of the Perform module.

Objectives

This tab provides a comprehensive view of all objectives employees own, are part of, or contribute to. By selecting a specific objective, they can dive into detailed progress updates, update the progress, leave comments and monitor performance over time to ensure they are on track to meet their objectives.

Reviews

The Reviews tab contains all the info about the review you participate in. By default, the last current review opens, but you can click the review name on the left side to expand the list of all (current and past) reviews. From here, employees can:

  • Evaluate themselves: objectively review their work and identify your strengths and weaknesses.

  • Evaluate the performance of the direct reports, as well as their contributions and achievements.

  • Select and submit peer reviewers (depending on cycle settings).

Note: This information is accessible to users of the Perform module.

Feedback

The Feedback tab contains all employees' feedback requested and provided. This includes feedback on themselves as well as feedback about their direct reports.

Note: This information is accessible to users of the Perform module.

Interviews

The Interviews tab provides an overview of all interviews, including those scheduled for today, future dates, and past interviews. In this view, you'll see the interview date and time, the candidate's name, and the position they're applying for. The interview participants are represented by their avatars (small, round profile photos) on the widget. A Scorecard required icon will appear on the widget if a scorecard is required after an interview.
