Hey there! 👋We’ve rolled out powerful updates to help managers and admins stay on top of performance, structure, and decision-making. Here’s what’s new:
✅ Shape your org chart to match your actual company structure with new department levels like sub-departments, units and sub-units.
✅ Managers now have a full team performance overview in one tab – see 1:1s, OKRs, KPIs, feedback, and more at a glance. No more jumping between profiles.
✅ HR teams can save time and reduce manual entry by importing both historical and current position data, salaries and additional compensation - for multiple employees in a single bulk upload.
✨ Department levels
Available for: Core HR
Managing a complex orgstructure just got easier. A new Levels tab is added to the Department settings. From here, admins can define their own list of levels (e.g., Unit, Subunit, Team) and assign a color to each. These levels are entirely optional—organizations that don’t need them can continue using the current setup.
Create and customise levels in Settings → Departments → Levels (new tab). Filter by level in reports. Department levels also appear in employee profiles and the orgchart. More here.
✨ Team performance view for managers
Available for: Perform
We’re excited to enhance the Performance sections—1-on-1s, KPIs, Objectives, Feedback, and Development Plans—with a new tabbed layout.
Now, managers have a Team tab showing aggregated data for their direct and indirect reports, alongside the My tab for their personal performance view. This makes it easy to switch between individual and team data without extra navigation.
During the transition, the old Me section will guide users to the updated Performance views.
Other updates
We’ve introduced a new option to restrict employees from submitting leave requests for specific leave types, such as sick leave. Admins can now enable a setting per leave policy to prevent employees from creating requests, while still allowing them to view their leave balance. More details here.

Forms with approval settings now include Skip unassigned approvals—to bypass steps without an approver—and Substitutions, which forward approval to a backup when someone’s on leave.
New API endpoints have been added to enable the addition, update, and deletion of rows in employee tables.
