Additionally, it explains how to export the scorecard in CSV format for further analysis and review. To submit a candidate's scorecard, follow these steps:
Open the candidate's card by accessing the candidate's profile within the system.
Navigate to the Scorecards tab within the candidate's card.
Click on the Submit scorecard button located on the scorecard section.
From the drop-down list, select the appropriate scorecard you want to use for evaluating the candidate.
5. Complete the scorecard by providing ratings or filling out the evaluation criteria based on the candidate's performance during the interview or assessment.
6. Once you have finished filling out the scorecard, click on the Submit scorecard button located in the upper right corner of the screen.
7. The scorecard will be submitted and recorded for further evaluation and review.
Exporting the Scorecard
Additionally, you have the option to export the scorecard in CSV format if needed by clicking on the three button icon.
