The leave requests report provides a detailed overview of employee leave requests, including the number of days taken for each type of leave, the dates of the requested leaves, and the approval status.

Getting started with filters

The leave requests report includes filters by date range, leave types, status, employees, positions, departments, divisions, locations, and employment types. By using these filters, you can customize your search and obtain specific information that interests you.

For instance, selecting a specific period, such as the last year, and a particular leave type will generate a report that displays all the leave requests of the chosen type that occurred for the chosen date range.

We’ve also added three new columns—“Approvers”, “Current approver”, and “Last action on”—available in both the interface and Excel/CSV exports.

The Approvers column displays the avatars of all approvers for each request, while the Current approver column shows who is currently responsible for taking action when multiple approvers are involved. The Last action on column shows the date and time of the most recent approval or update made to the request.

Export the report

The report can be exported in XLSX or CSV format by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner.
