Updated over 3 weeks ago

Working hours report is the report which provides the information about the actual working hours and leaves taken by every employee in the company.

Getting started with filters

Working hours report contains filters by date range, employee, position, department, division, location, and type of employment. Using these filters, you can fine-tune your search and get the specific information you are interested in.

You can choose a specific period, such as the last month and specify the employee to track his/her working hours during that period of time.

Employees' details are presented within the list that contains such information as total hours worked, vacations, sick leaves, holidays, leave hours, leave days, worked hours and worked days.

  • Total hours — total expected working hours within the time period selected in the filter. These hours come from the work patterns set up in Settings and assigned to employees in their Job tab.

  • Vacation / Holidays / Remote/ Sick leave, etc. — names of the leave policies you’ve created and assigned to employees. These show the actual number of leave request hours taken within the selected period for each specific policy.

  • Holidays — public holidays marked in Settings → Holiday Policies for each employee’s location.

  • Paid leave hours — total number of leave hours from all leave policies with types “Not working, paid” or “Working, paid.”

  • Unpaid leave hours — total number of leave hours from all leave policies with type “Not working, unpaid.”

  • Total leave hours — sum of all paid and unpaid leave hours taken during the selected period.

  • Paid leave days — total paid leave hours converted to days.

  • Unpaid leave days — total unpaid leave hours converted to days.

  • Total leave days — total leave hours (both paid and unpaid) converted to days.

  • Worked hours — total number of actual hours worked by the employee during the selected period.

  • Worked days — total number of actual working days during the selected period.
