Release 2.11. Split leave policy settings, skills import and other updates
Updated over 10 months ago

Explore the latest enhancements in Peopleforce that bring increased flexibility and functionality to your HR processes. From split leave policy settings to skills import and a redesigned survey experience, and more. Let's delve deeper into details.

Split leave policy settings

We have added the ability to separate leave types into paid and unpaid not-working or paid working days for greater flexibility in payroll calculations. This setting can be found in the leave policy setting, under the Activity type drop-down.

It will come in handy for customizing your leaves, as various situations may arise in the company. For instance, a person may take work-from-home paid leave etc., and it is necessary to differentiate and categorize these types of leaves.

Skills import

The newly introduced Skills Import feature proves to be a valuable addition to our system, especially for companies managing extensive skill lists. It enables users to efficiently import a pre-filled template, eliminating the need for manual creation of each skill in the system. Read more.

Survey creation process redesign

Surveys have undergone a significant redesign, transforming the process into a step-by-step format that is similar to creating Forms. This new structure consists of distinct sections: Details, Participants, Questions, and Launch.

This approach enhances the clarity and consistency of the survey creation process. Users can focus on creating each element step-by-step, which contributes to a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.

Reordering of Knowledge base articles

The Knowledge base now includes the convenient feature of article reordering within created categories. Through a simple drag-and-drop functionality, users can establish the desired sequence for enhanced organization and accessibility.

Peopleforce ID now included in the employee export

The export file in the Directory now includes a Peopleforce ID for each employee. When exporting employee information, an additional row containing PeopleForce IDs is incorporated into the file. This enhancement is particularly valuable for those conducting integrations for themselves, as it requires a constant identifier. The Peopleforce ID remains unchanged for each individual, unlike the employee ID.
