Send out a poll! Having this kind of real-time information will make it much easier for you and your managers to regularly get feedback from employees in a fun and engaging way.
How to create a poll
1. From the left menu, select Home.
2. Click Create a poll.
3. Enter a poll title. It can be a question or a call to action. For example: "Hi everyone, please vote for the best option for our company outing!"
4. Write answer options. Click Add option to add more answer options.
5. Utilize various filters to control who can view the polls, maintaining confidentiality or targeting specific departments or teams (e.g., Customer Success department).
6. Click Save when you're ready to share your poll.
The posted poll will now appear along with other posts on the Home page and be visible to the selected audience. Each employee can only vote once.

How to set permissions for creating polls
To configure access rights for managing announcements and polls in PeopleForce, follow these straightforward steps:
1. Navigate to the Roles and permissions section in the settings.
2. Select the specific role you wish to configure and click it.
3. Scroll down to the General section within the role editing window.
4. Check the boxes next to Publish announcements and polls or Manage announcements and polls.
5. Save the changes.
With these settings saved, users assigned to the chosen role will now have the ability to only to publish or manage both announcements and polls within PeopleForce.
