No more double work when distributing documents. Now, users can assign the documents to multiple employees and request eSignature at once. It is helpful in distributing payslips, NDAs, contracts, etc.
Note: This feature is available exclusively to users with permission to manage documents.
Manual distribution of the files
Go to Documents -> Add document -> Upload & distribute files.
2. Select the Document folder. Then, drag and drop or upload files from the PC you want to distribute. There might be one doc or multiple documents.
3. Click Assign employees.
4. In document preview mode, you may assign one or multiple employees for every document.
5. At this stage, you may also Request an eSignature; every employee will be notified to sign their copy in the notification sidebar or the To-do widget on the Home page.
Continue uploading later
If users suddenly have to switch to another task, they may Continue uploading later.
The Documents tab will display a reminder of incomplete document uploads. You can continue uploading anytime by clicking the Continue button.
Due to privacy and legal requirements, users can assign only one employee when uploading files to the system folder Payslips.
