The "Terminate people" import can be used for both cases:
Importing terminated employees who are not yet in the system: First, add them using the "Add or update people" import. Once they are in the system, apply the "Terminate people" import to set their status as terminated.
Terminating existing employees in bulk: If the employees are already in the system, you can directly use the "Terminate people" import to update their status in bulk.
💡 You can download the template file here in both .csv and .xlsx formats.

Fill in the system fields
Before uploading a table to the system, fill in all the fields correctly. You can find an example of how to fill in the fields below:
Field Name | Description | Data Format | Example |
ID | Employee id | Text or Number | id2 |
Termination reason | Reason for the termination | Text | Choose another company |
Termination date | The date of the employee's termination | Date (Must correspond with the date format in the company settings) | 13.10.2022 |
Termination type | Type of the termination | Text | Voluntary |
💡If you save the file in CSV format, it is important to select the comma separator format.
Import a file into the system
Go to Settings -> in the General section - Import.
Do not see the Settings or Import section? Perhaps you do not have access to it. 🔒 Contact your system administrator to find out more.
2. In the menu, choose Terminate people, locate the desired file, upload it to the system, and click on the Next button.
3. After loading the table, you will be able to see if all fields were imported correctly. If any of the fields were not automatically detected by the system, make sure that the field name is correct or set the field manually. Click on the Next button.
