As an admin, you can manage company details in the General settings. This includes selecting the default language, time zone, and currency, as well as configuring name display and data format preferences.
How to set up company details
Fill in your basic company information, which will serve as a foundation for your account.
From the left menu, select Settings > General > Company details.
From the Company details section, edit your registered company name if needed.
From the dropdown, select the default language. This setting will be applied to all new employees' accounts. They can change the language in their account settings.
The selected time zone will also be applied by default to all new employees. They can change it in their account settings.
Select the required currency from the list.
Select from the list one of the options for displaying the name in your system: First name - Last name or Last name - First name.
Select the desired date format for your company.
Click Save.
Stay informed about security and legal updates
At the very end of the General settings section, you can find the Stay Informed. Stay Compliant card. Here, you can subscribe to email notifications about important PeopleForce legal and security updates, including changes to the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), Privacy Policy, and other compliance documents.
To stay up to date with the latest information on data protection and security complete the following steps:
Go to Settings → General and scroll to the Stay informed card. Click Subscribe.
On the PeopleForce Trust Notifications page, enter First name and Last name.
Enter your email (e.g., a compliance/security mailbox).
Choose one or more Legal Updates subscription types:
Sub-processor Updates — notifications sent at least 20 days in advance of changes.
Terms & Policies Updates — updates to ToS, DPA, SLA, Privacy Policy.
Security & Compliance Updates — notifications about ISO/GDPR certifications and PenTest results.
Click Sign Up for Notifications. Notifications will be sent to the email you provided.
