A quick “thank-you” can do wonders for morale and teamwork. Kudos makes that easy: anyone can publicly recognize colleagues in just a few clicks, turning everyday appreciation into a visible, company-wide habit.

How to create Kudos

  1. Go to Performance > Kudos > + Kudos or click + Quick add > + Kudos.

  2. Type @ to mention one or more colleagues and add your message, emoji or picture.

  3. Click Give kudos. Recipients get instant notification in the system.

Where to see Kudos

Kudos are stored in several places, making recognition easy to find for everyone involved:

  • Home page - the latest kudos appear in the main feed, where colleagues can comment and add reactions.

  • Performance > Kudos > Company – live feed of every shout-out across the organisation.

  • Performance > Kudos > Team – check your direct and indirect team results.

  • Performance > Kudos > My – your personal history of given and received kudos.

  • Employee profile > Performance tab > Kudos – view all Kudos an individual has received right next to their performance data.
