Let’s face it - job title chaos, forgotten kudos, and spreadsheet-based OKRs aren’t exactly the dream. That’s why we’re bringing you new features to help your team stay aligned, appreciated, and focused on what really matters.
🧩Job Catalog: bring order to job title chaos
As your company grows, job titles can turn into a wild west of naming - Ruby Dev here, RoR Engineer there. Job Catalog helps you regain control by unifying all your job profiles in one place.
Use it to:
Align your hiring, performance, HR and compensation planning with structured roles;
Filter by Job Profiles in the People Directory;
Power up your automated Workflows and reporting with Job Profiles segmentation;
Submit job profile changes as a part of performance reviews and more.
❗Note: We're rolling out this feature gradually. If you’d like to try this feature, please contact us at csteam@peopleforce.io.
📥 OKR Imports: from spreadsheet to strategy
We’ve added a new Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) import option in Settings, enabling you to bulk-create or update OKRs via file upload. Simply click the Objectives import, upload your Excel or CSV template, and the system will use “Objective name + Employee ID/email” to ensure uniqueness - creating and updating both objectives and their key results automatically.
✔ Quickly set up OKRs for new hires;
✔ Save time by avoiding manual input;
✔ Ensure consistency across objectives;
✔ Access full import history for tracking.
🏆 Kudos: recognition that resonates
Give your teammates the appreciation they deserve with public Kudos using @mentions—whether it’s a shoutout to one person or the whole team. Kudos now appear in the News Feed (with comment and emoji support) and under “My Kudos,” team, and company-wide views in Performance.
Builds a visible culture of recognition by showcasing praise openly;
Boosts motivation through public acknowledgment of achievements;
Strengthens teamwork by celebrating contributions across the group;
Encourages continuous positive feedback throughout the organization.

Asset import now supports custom fields. Just add the internal names of your custom fields to the import template, and they’ll be mapped and imported automatically.
You’ll now find a new "Expiring passwords" checkbox under Settings → Authentications. When enabled, you can set how often users should reset their passwords (e.g., every 6 months). Once the set period passes, users will be prompted to update their password at login.
The Employment status field on the Personal tab has been renamed to Work status for clearer terminology.
Implemented a new datetime picker for 1-1 meetings, and the leave request form for improved date and time selection.

When manually creating a candidate, the system blocks creation if a duplicate phone number is detected (when enabled in Company settings). A warning will appear with a list of matching candidates, clickable for users with the right permissions.
Perform

Feedback card added to every employee profile in the Performance tab—managers and indirect managers see their own reports, while admins get full visibility.
Objective exports now include a Tags column with each objective’s tags, alphabetically sorted and comma-separated for easier reporting.
When someone assigns a KPI to an employee, the assignee gets an instant “You got a new KPI!” email with a one-click link to review it.
A "+ New" button has been added to the Performance → Development page for creating development plans. Admins can create plans for any employee, managers for their direct reports, and employees for themselves only.
When a review cycle that requires peer reviewers goes live, every manager -and anyone else assigned to nominate peers - now receives a task in the To-Do widget to quickly access the Peer selection tab. This cuts chasing and admin, driving on-time nominations and smoother review cycles.
