The Features page lets you switch individual features on or off for your whole company. Turn on the tools you need, and hide the ones you don't, so employees only see what's relevant to them.
Before you begin
Check your access. You need access to the Features setting. Administrators have it by default.
You only see features for your products. For example, OKRs and Kudos appear only if your company uses Perform.
Turn a feature on or off
Go to Settings → Features.
Find the feature. Features are grouped by product (General, HR, Recruit, Perform and Time), or you can use the search box.
Click Enable or Disable.
Some changes take a moment to apply. If so, you'll see a message that the change has been queued.
Configure a feature
Some features have extra settings once they're turned on, such as Mood tracking, OKRs and Copy candidate documents during onboarding. Click Configure next to the feature to adjust them, for example how often employees are asked about their mood.
Experimental features
The Experimental section lists new features marked Beta, which you can try before they're fully released. Some experimental features can't be turned off once enabled. In that case, PeopleForce asks you to confirm before turning it on.
Good to know
Turning a feature off hides it everywhere, including its menu items, settings, reports and role permissions.
No data is deleted. If you turn a feature back on, everything is restored as it was.
AI features, such as AI resume parsing and Interview recording, are marked with an AI feature label.
