Learn how to enable Core HR features across the company

In the Features section in the General settings, you have the flexibility to enable or disable a range of tools that optimize your company's HR and management functions.

Enable or disable Time-off tracking for employees

This feature allows employees to submit leave requests and track their leave history directly from their profiles.

Enable suggestions from employees

Enabling this option allows employees to submit their ideas and suggestions, encouraging participation and innovation within the company.

Enable asset management for your company

With this feature, administrators can track and manage company assets, such as computers, in the Assets tab. Employees can view the assets assigned to them within their profiles.

Enable Knowledge Base across your company

When enabled, this feature allows the sharing of relevant articles and information across the company, accessible through the Knowledge Base tab.

Enable mood tracking

If mood-tracking is enabled, employees will be asked, "How do you feel today?" upon entering the system. You can adjust the frequency of this question to suit your needs.

Enable announcements and polls

By enabling Communications, published announcements and polls will appear as a feed on the employee Home page, ensuring everyone stays informed.

Enable the children tab in the employee profile

This feature allows you to manage and view data about your employees' children in the Children tab of the employee profile.

Each of these features can be customized to fit your organization's specific needs, helping you streamline processes and keep your team engaged.
