Adding your PeopleForce calendar to Microsoft Calendar is a quick and easy process that allows you to stay in sync with your PeopleForce activities. This guide will take you through the steps necessary to ensure your PeopleForce calendar is available in your Microsoft Calendar.
Exporting the PeopleForce calendar
Step 1. In your PeopleForce account, open the Calendar section.
Don't see the Calendar section? You may not have access to it. 🔒 Contact your system manager to learn more.
Step 2. In the upper right corner of the Calendar, click the "Share" button.
Step 3. In the window that opens, click the "Copy" button next to the "Google iCal Calendar URL" field.
Adding a calendar to the Microsoft calendar
Step 1. Open the application and select Add Calendar.
Step 2. In the open window, select the Subscribe from Web page tab and paste the previously copied link.
Step 3. Give your calendar a name and click the "Import" button.
Done! The integration is enabled and all events from your company's calendar are now available for viewing in Microsoft Calendar.😉
