Step 1: Initial Account Setup
Once you log into PeopleForce, follow these steps chronologically to personalize the Recruit module for your organization:
Import candidates: Begin by importing your existing candidate data to create a comprehensive database in PeopleForce.
Job site integrations: Integrate job sites like Work, Robota, HH, and Djinni to attract top talent and broaden your reach.
PeopleForce Prospector: Activate the Prospector tool to source potential candidates and build pipelines efficiently.
Careers site setup: Customize and launch your careers page to showcase your open roles and attract applicants.
Step 2: Recruitment process configuration
Tailor the recruitment workflows to meet your team's needs:
Pipelines setup: Define recruitment pipelines to manage candidates efficiently at every stage.
Create disqualify reasons: Create disqualify reasons that will help your team document why a candidate is no longer considered for a role.
Custom vacancy and candidate fields setup: Add fields specific to your organization's needs for vacancies and candidates.
Scorecard creation: Develop scorecards to standardize candidate evaluations.
Email and offer templates: Set up email and offer templates for consistent and efficient communication with candidates.
Step 3: Permissions and Roles
Ensure secure and appropriate access to the Recruit module by:
Creating vacancy forms: Set up forms for collecting detailed vacancy information.
Setting up permissions and roles: Assign roles and permissions to team members based on their responsibilities.
Step 4: Calendar and communication integrations
Sync PeopleForce Recruit with your preferred tools to schedule and manage interviews and meetings seamlessly:
Google Calendar Integration (for 1-1s and interviews)
Microsoft Outlook Integration (for 1-1s and interviews)
