Sensitive fields for candidates

Keeping some fields hidden from everyone who has access to candidates is really important. As an example, it can be more details of salary expectations from candidates which you might normally hide from all team members or interviewers.

That’s why we added a new flexible feature called the sensitive field. Now in candidates fields, you can mark fields as sensitive, and only the employees with access to sensitive fields will see them on the candidates. You can set the permission to all sensitive fields in Settings → Permissions → Role.

⭐ Pro tip: You can mark sensitive new fields as well as existing ones. So feel free to create your new sensitive fields in any of the types we provide for candidate custom fields.

Integration with Microsoft outlook

Great news for all our users of Microsoft 365! We are happy to introduce you to Microsoft calendar integration so you never lose your PeopleForce events. It’s very simple to set up. Just a couple clicks from our newly refurbished integrations page and you integrated all the calendars of your employees at once. PeopleForce will automatically push into their calendars their interviews, 1-on-1s, calendar events and non-working leave requests such as vacations, sick leaves etc.

Company-level integration makes it possible for many cool features in the future: checking the availability of participants when booking from PeopleForce and sending candidate emails from your address.

Integration with Google calendar

This release is big on integrations! We completely reworked Google calendar integration to work on the company level. Now admins can integrate the calendars of everyone in the company with a couple of simple clicks. This means that Google Meet integration links and events will be automatically pushed into calendars instead of asking every employee to integrate.

Company-level integration makes it possible for many cool features in the future: checking the availability of participants when booking from PeopleForce and sending candidate emails from your address.

Existing integration is still supported as legacy integration, but no new users will be able to integrate with it.
