How can I create teams in the system?
To create teams navigate to the Directory -> Teams -> Add team.
How can we configure it so that a team manager can view their team on their profile, or employees can see which team they are in?
To enable employees to see the team they belong to, you need to go to Settings - Roles and Permissions - edit the PeopleHR section for the role you want to configure - Manage teams - View.

How to change the teams the employee belongs to?
In the "Directory" tab, select the "Teams" tab as shown in the screenshot:
Next, within the tab itself, you need to choose the "Edit" function and make the necessary changes.
