How to view responses to text questions in a survey?
To view responses to text questions, go to the "Questions" tab. Select the specific question for which you want to see responses and click on it. You will be taken to a page with all the results for that question. Under the "Responses" section, you will find all the text responses provided by participants to that question.
Why does the "Participants" column in the "Score grid" tab of the survey display an incorrect number of participants when filtered by departments or divisions?
The system retains the information (the number of participants in a specific department) as it was at the time of creating the survey. If this information changes during the survey period, it does not affect the display of the number of participants in the "Score grid" tab when filtered by departments or divisions.
