The company Leave timeline lets you easily check which of your colleagues will be off work during a specific period.

For all employees, the leave timeline is particularly useful when planning time off. For example, if you want to see how many of your team members will be working during a week you plan to be on vacation, you can check your team’s leave timeline.

Note: If you do not have the required permission, you will not have access to the Leave timeline.

Approved leave requests are filled with color, while leave requests that still need approval are not filled. This means that at a glance, you can quickly see which leave requests have been approved and which ones still need to be reviewed.

How to view the company Leave timeline

From the left menu, select Calendar > Leave timeline. By default, the calendar shows the current calendar Month and all the employees who requested the time off. You can filter the leave timeline to show a specific month and/or specific employees.

You can customize the leave timeline to display the time off for a specific group of employees.

1. Click Filter to open the filter popup.

2. Choose to filter by departments, divisions, teams, etc., to display in the leave timeline.
