Marking fields as sensitive allows you to control access to confidential information within the candidate profiles. This feature is particularly useful for handling delicate details, such as candidate salary expectations, that should not be visible to all team members or interviewers.
How it works
Administrators have the ability to manage which candidate fields are considered sensitive. When setting up or editing these fields, they can simply mark the checkbox labeled Sensitive to designate the field as confidential.
To control who can view these sensitive fields, administrators need to adjust the permissions accordingly. By configuring the Role permissions, they can specify which roles within the organization are granted access to see these sensitive details.
How to use the sensitive fields
Go to the Settings > Recruit > Candidate fields.
Identify fields that contain sensitive information and mark these fields as sensitive.
Define which roles within your organization have access to sensitive fields. Assign these permissions carefully to ensure that only employees with the necessary clearance can see the sensitive data. Navigate to Settings → Permissions → Role.
Identify sensitive fields
Sensitive fields in the candidate profiles are marked with a crossed-eye icon. This visual indicator helps you quickly identify which fields are protected and only accessible to authorized personnel.
