A ''Candidate Sources'' report provides data on the origin of candidates added to the system, showing the number of candidates added from different sources. This report is useful for analyzing the effectiveness of different recruitment channels and identifying which sources are generating the highest number of quality candidates.
Getting Started with Filters
By applying filters such as Date Range, Vacancy or Sources, you can refine your search and obtain the specific information you require.
Candidates sources and the trend in the number of candidates over time
The first pie chart shows the proportion of candidates from different sources.
The second line chart is used to show the trend in the number of candidates over time. Each source is assigned a particular color, making it easy to track the number of candidates added on a certain date for each source.
All reports can be exported to XLSX or CSV format by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner.
Configuring access rights to "Candidate source" report in PeopleForce
In PeopleForce, you have the ability to configure access rights to the "Candidate source" report. Follow these simple steps:
Go to "Roles and Permissions" in the settings.
Select the role you want to configure and click "Edit."
Scroll down to the "Reports" section in the role editing window.
Select "Candidate source" in the "Company Reports" field.
Save the settings.
Once you have saved the settings, users with the corresponding role will have access to the "Candidate source" report.
Please note that you must have the appropriate administrator rights to be able to configure access rights.
