If you need to update one or more people profiles, you can also use the import functionality. All people profiles are linked to the system by their ID or email.
When you import new data, double-check if the uploaded employee IDs correspond to their actual system IDs. If an employee ID doesn't match, a duplicate employee record will be created within the system. If the import is successful, the current profile data will be updated.
It is important to know that if you import departments, subsidiaries won’t be lined up automatically. After the data gets imported, you have to set up your department's structure manually.
