Complete a performance review

Learn how you as an employee, can submit reviews, nominate peer reviewers and view your results

Updated yesterday

Completing a review is crucial for employees as it provides clear feedback on performance, helping them grow and align with company goals.

Receive review notifications

When the review begins, you'll receive notifications both by email and on the platform. Additionally, once the review results are shared with you, a notification will appear in the notifications bar for easy access.

Access your reviews

The Me > Reviews tab contains all the info about the reviews you participate in. By default, the last current review opens, but you can click the review name on the left side to expand the list of all (current and past) reviews.

🪄 Some tasks within the review cycle are also displayed in the To-do's section on the Home page.

Review your cycle to-dos

The Overview section contains a list of actions you must complete within the current review cycle, such as nominating peers and writing a review. In the context of a 360 evaluation cycle, you can have the following tasks:

  • Write your self-review: objectively review your work and identify your strengths and weaknesses.

  • Select and submit peer reviewers so they can evaluate you (depending on cycle settings).

  • Write your peer reviews to evaluate the performance, contributions, and achievements of your colleagues.

  • Write your upward review - evaluate your manager's work.

Manage peers for your team

Depending on the review settings, employees can either nominate their own peers or wait for their manager or HR to select reviewers on their behalf.

Once peers are nominated, the reviewers can be automatically approved or may require further approval from the manager or HR.

If you're a manager, you can nominate peers for your direct reports in the Peer nomination tab, ensuring the right feedback is gathered from relevant colleagues.

Write self-assessment

In the Write reviews tab, you can write your self-assessment within the Self tab.

Write reviews

Employees can complete the required reviews in the Write review tab or view the ones they've already submitted. Based on the review settings, the following options are available:

  • Managers assess their direct reports.

  • Employees assess their peers.

  • Employees complete self-assessments.

  • Direct reports review their managers.

  • Team leads assess their team members.

  • Custom reviewers, such as an HR manager assigned to the employee’s profile, can assess the employee they are connected to.

Review my own results in the Me section

After the cycle is complete and the administrator, HR, or the manager shares the results, you will see all your scores and comments in the Overview > Results overview section.

The Competencies part is based on the competencies from the question template used for the review. The results are shown as a diagram with the names of the competencies and the average values of all reviewers' scores. Below the diagram, you can also see the average points of the 3 highest- and lowest-rated competencies to analyze strengths and weaknesses.

Further on, you can find answers provided by all reviewers.

ℹ️ Peer and upward feedback can be anonymous for employees if the Share results anonymously with employee option is selected in the cycle settings. Otherwise, reviewers' names and shared results will be displayed for the employee.

Review my own results in the profile

You can find all the reviews you participated in under the Performance tab in your profile. Click on the review you're interested in to access the results.
