Complete a performance review

Learn how you as an employee, can submit reviews, nominate peer reviewers and view your results

Updated over a week ago

When the review starts, you receive notifications about it by email and on the platform.

The Me > Reviews tab contains all the info about the reviews you participate in. By default, the last current review opens, but you can click the review name on the left side to expand the list of all (current and past) reviews.

🪄 Some tasks within the review cycle are also displayed in the To-do's section on the Home page.

Overview tab

The Overview section contains a list of actions you must complete within the current review cycle, such as nominating peers and writing a review. In the context of a 360 evaluation cycle, you can have the following tasks:

  1. Evaluate yourself: objectively review your work and identify your strengths and weaknesses.

  2. Select and submit peer reviewers so they can evaluate you (depending on cycle settings).

  3. Evaluate the performance of your colleagues, their contributions, and achievements.

  4. Review your manager's work.

With such a step-by-step plan, you definitely won't miss anything. You can complete the tasks in your preferred order and submit the review when ready.

Peer nominations tab

Depending on the review settings, the employee can nominate peers by themselves or wait for their manager or HR to nominate reviewers for them. Despite that, reviewers selected by the employee can be approved automatically or require manager or HR approval. So, in this tab, the employee can check nominated as peer reviewers colleagues and their approval status.

Write review tab

In the Write review tab, the employee can write the required reviews or check submitted ones.

Results overview

After the cycle is complete and the administrator, HR, or the manager shares the results, you will see all your scores and comments in the Overview > Results overview section.

The Competencies part is based on the competencies from the question template used for the review. The results are shown as a diagram with the names of the competencies and the average values of all reviewers' scores. Below the diagram, you can also see the average points of the 3 highest- and lowest-rated competencies to analyze strengths and weaknesses.

Further on, you can find answers provided by all reviewers.

ℹ️ Peer and upward feedback always remain anonymous, so readers see only the comments without knowing the reviewers' names.
