With the Candidate notes feature, all recruitment team members can:

How to leave notes on candidates
Open the candidate’s profile in the recruitment system.
Navigate to the Notes section.
Enter your comments and click Comment.
If needed, tag your colleagues by using the @mention feature.

You can just tag members of your recruitment team to make sure they see your note and give any input.
All tagged employees will receive:
📩 A notification in the system.
📧 An email alert informing them about the new note.

Click the microphone icon to start recording your note.
Speak your note clearly and naturally.
Click the stop button when you're finished speaking.
Your words will be transcribed into editable text within seconds, eliminating the need for manual typing.
Make any necessary edits to the transcribed text.
Click on Comment to submit your changes.
