✅ Make preboarding effortless with eSignatures.

✅ Record feedback and notes with Voice-to-Text.

Easily invite external recruiters to PeopleForce.

✅ Enable separate consent for future vacancy consideration.

✅ Add custom columns for salary and additional compensation tables to keep more detailed records.

✨ Make preboarding effortless with eSignatures

Available for: Core HR Pro

Now, you can upload documents, including auto-generated ones, in the Preboarding form settings and request eSignatures in advance. New hires receive a secure link via email, allowing them to review and sign all required documents digitally. With paperwork completed before their first day, you can ensure an even better candidate experience. Read more.

✨ Autenti eSignature integration

Available for: Core HR Pro

Say goodbye to manual paperwork! With our new Autenti integration, you can streamline document signing with eIDAS-compliant electronic signatures at every stage of the employee lifecycle. More here.

✨ Enable separate consent for future vacancy consideration

Available for: Recruit

Ensure GDPR compliance while retaining candidate data for future opportunities. An additional checkbox is now available on the Career site, allowing applicants to opt in during the application process. If a candidate is sourced through other channels, you can easily send a consent request later via email or a direct link. More here.

✨ Capture feedback and candidate notes with Voice-to-Text functionality

Available for: Perform and Recruit

The new Voice-to-Text feature lets you record feedback and candidate notes effortlessly. Just speak, and your words will be transcribed into editable text within seconds—no more manual typing.

✨ Invite external recruiters to PeopleForce

Available for: Recruit

Easily invite external recruitment contractors to PeopleForce without impacting your internal headcount or compromising data security. They’ll only have access to candidate management while your company data remains private. Just add them via the new “External” tab in the “Roles and permissions” section of Security settings, and they’ll receive secure login credentials instantly. More here.

✨ The “Unable to rate” option when evaluating competency

Available for: Perform

The new "Unable to Rate" option ensures fairer and more accurate reviews. It allows reviewers to indicate when they lack enough information to assess a competency question within the review cycle.

Responses classified as "Unable to Rate" are considered as absent answers and are excluded from overall ratings, thereby ensuring that the data remains transparent and reliable. This enhances evaluation quality and helps organizations receive clearer insights. More here.

Permissions update in Vacancy settings

Available for: Recruit

To prevent accidental changes to vacancy descriptions, we’re restricting editing permissions for the Team Member role and introducing the Hiring Manager role. This new role allows Hiring Managers to edit vacancies and view candidates while ensuring candidate details remain unchanged. They’ll only receive notifications when mentioned or assigned to interviews, enabling multiple team members - beyond the Hiring Lead - to collaborate efficiently without compromising vacancy integrity. More here.

Custom columns for system tables in People data

Available for: Core HR

Now you can add custom columns for Salary and Additional Compensation tables to keep more detailed records of gross/net salary, bonuses, review reasons, and additional notes. These fields are available in the new “Compensation” tab in People data settings and will automatically appear in change requests forms, employee profiles, and reports, making salary tracking more structured, transparent, and tailored to your needs. More here.
