Any recruiter can now integrate their own Work.ua or Robota accounts to post vacancies directly, giving them control over their own job postings alongside company accounts. This allows recruiters to manage personal budgets, track their activity, and use their own credentials for more flexibility.

Administrator can allow users to connect their own accounts to use them for recruiting activities.
Go to Settings → Integrations → Work.ua / Robota.
Enable the toggle “Enable personal accounts ”.
Once enabled at the company level, employees will be able to connect personal accounts in their own profiles in the account settings.
In the Integrations list, admins will see:
The number of connected company accounts.
The number of connected personal accounts.

To start using their own accounts for posting vacancies, they neeed to integrate their own accounts.
Go to Account settings → Integrations → Work.ua / Robota. Select the provider you want to connect.
Enter your personal credentials for the account and click Connect.
Once connected, your personal account will appear in your integrations list.

When creating or managing a vacancy campaign, the system displays the available integrations:
Personal accounts you have connected.
Company accounts connected by admins.
You can choose whether to post using a personal account or a company account.
This setup provides recruiters with flexibility and transparency, enabling them to manage both personal and company accounts efficiently, track job postings, and ensure proper budget allocation for each posting.
