With this integration, candidate applications from Happy Monday are sent directly to your PeopleForce account, so you can skip the manual work and focus on hiring. Just publish your vacancy, and candidates will appear right in your recruitment pipeline.

For the integration to work, you must generate an API key. To do it, complete the following steps:
Log in to your PeopleForce account.
Open Settings → Security → API keys.
Click Create key.
Name the key (e.g., “Happy Monday”).
Click Save.
Сopy the generated key. You will need to paste it into your Happy Monday account.
ℹ️ If you have several Happy Monday accounts, one API key is enough for them.
In case you use the same PeopleForce account for multiple companies on Happy Monday, you can paste the same key across companies. And candidates from all companies will be sent to the PeopleForce.

To configure integration from the Happy Monday side, complete the following steps:
Log in to your company profile on Happy Monday.
Go to the Integrations & API tab.
Find the PeopleForce section.
Paste the previously created API key into the field.
Click Save.
Publish a vacancy on Happy Monday

Go to your Company cabinet.
Click +Add job and provide all information about the vacancy.
In the How to apply for a job section, delete the link to the form or career page. Instead, specify the recruiter's email.
In the Integration with HRM, select the PeopleForce system and a vacancy from the PeopleForce system to match with the vacancy you create on Happy Monday.
Publish the job. As a result, candidates will start applying, and their applications will be immediately transferred to your database in PeopleForce.
When a candidate applies through Happy Monday, the following information is automatically sent to PeopleForce:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Job title
CV
Cover letter (if provided)
Link to the candidate’s Happy Monday profile
Application source: Happy Monday
ℹ️ If a candidate already exists in your PeopleForce database, their profile will be updated with the latest information.
