HR and administrators can simplify company structure setup and reduce manual effort by importing department levels in bulk.
🧾 Prepare your template for department levels import
Download the sample file to your computer for reference. (Use this file for reference only.)
Add required columns that match your platform’s fields:
Name → the name of the department level.
Position → the order in which levels will be displayed in the system on the Department Levels page.
Colour → the HEX code of the colour this department level will inherit. (e.g.,
#FF5733
).Created at - the date the department level was created.
3. Filling the Colour column:
Go to Settings → Department levels → Add level.
Choose the colour you want.
Copy its HEX code (e.g.,
#4287f5
).Paste it into the Colour column of your import file.
📤 Import the data
Go to Settings > Import.
Select Department levels as the import type.

4. Ensure all columns are auto-mapped correctly. Manually map any unmapped columns to the correct fields.
5. Preview your data, then click Import to complete the process.
✅ The system will validate each row automatically. If there are any invalid or missing values, they’ll be highlighted in red. Fix the issues in your file and re-import if needed.
📊 Track your import history
Go to Import history to see all your past imports.
View how many records were imported, updated, or resulted in errors.
Click on any log entry to view detailed error messages and resolve issues quickly.
