Work patterns in PeopleForce enable you to set up multiple types of patterns for different teams within your company.

How to add the work pattern

To add a work pattern, go to "Settings -> PeopleHr -> Work pattern > Add," then create your pattern by specifying the number of working hours for each day, including weekends with a 0 balance, and save your custom pattern.

How to assign a work pattern to an employee

You can assign a pattern from a profile. On the employee profile, go to "Job" > "Employment status". In the "Work pattern" field, click the Pen icon. In the pop-up window, select the desired work pattern and specify the date from which this work pattern will be effective. You can set the effective date for the future, ensuring that this work pattern will become effective on the specified future date.
