Learn how to create email templates to automate the recruiting process

Email templates are the functionality that allows you to simplify communication with the candidate and partially automate the recruiting process. For effective communication with candidates, you can create templates corresponding to different stages of the recruitment process.

How to create a template?

To create such templates, go to "Settings" in the upper right corner and then to the "Email templates" section. To create a new template, click the "Add" button.

You will be taken to a page where you can fill in the required fields:

Name - internal name of the template, which will not be displayed to the candidate when they receive the email.

Subject - the email's subject that will be visible to the candidate.

Body - the body of the email.

When creating the text of the letter, we recommend using placeholders that will help you to add the necessary information to such a letter. Placeholders are presented on the right side of the page:

After adding templates, you will be able to quickly send emails to candidates. Below is how you can do it through the candidate card:
