The Children report lists the children recorded on employee profiles, one row per child. It's useful for planning benefits and family-related leave, preparing documents for tax or social security purposes, or organising company events for families.
Before you begin
Children management must be switched on. Go to Settings → Features and check that Children management is enabled. When it's off, the report isn't available.
Check your access. Administrators can open every report. Other users need the Children report on their role (see Give access to the report below).
Children must be added to employee profiles. The report only shows children recorded on the Children tab of each employee's profile.
Open the report
Go to Reports → CoreHR → Children.

The file includes all rows matching your filters.
Give access to the report
Go to Settings → Roles and permissions.
Open the role you want to change.
In Company reports, select Children in the CoreHR group.
Click Save.
Everyone with this role can now open the report in Reports → CoreHR → Children.
⚠️ Important: The report contains personal data about employees' children, so give access only to the people who need it for their work.
