The monthly payroll report offers a comprehensive overview of all the monthly payrolls and additional compensations processed within your organization.

Getting started with filters

The monthly payroll report includes filters by month, employees, positions, departments, divisions, locations and employment types. By using these filters, you can customize your search and obtain specific information that interests you.

For instance, selecting a specific month and a department will generate a report that displays all the monthly payroll to the employees of this department.

Salary tab

The Monthly payroll report includes details on salary in a dedicated tab. Employees' details are presented within the list that contains such information as employee full name, effective date, employment type, location and payroll amount.

Additional compensation tab

The Monthly payroll report also includes details on additional compensation in a dedicated tab. Additional compensation will show active additional compensations for the given month.

Data export

The report can be exported in XLSX or CSV format by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner.

Setting up access rights to the "Monthly payroll" report in PeopleForce

In PeopleForce, you can customize access rights to the ''Monthly payroll'' report. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the Roles and permissions section in the settings.

  2. Select the role you want to customize and click Edit.

  3. In the role editing window, scroll down to the Reports section.

  4. Select "Monthly payroll" in the "Company reports" field.

  5. Save the settings.

After saving the settings, users with the corresponding role will have access to the "Monthly payroll" report.

📌Note that you must have the appropriate administrator rights to be able to configure access rights.
