An ''Age profile'' report is a report that contains information about the age of your company's employees. It is compiled based on the date of birth in your employees' profiles.
Get started with filters
The ''Age profile'' report contains filters by Position, Department, Division, Location, and Type of employment. Using these filters, you can fine-tune your search and get the specific information you are interested in.
Age structure analysis
This report contains graphs showing the following information:
The number of employees in a particular age range
Number of birthdays in each month
Average age by division and location
Below is also a default list of employees with their date of birth, age, position, department, division and location.
Sorting options in the "Age profile" report
In the "Age profile" report, you can sort the data to see, for example, the youngest or oldest employee in the company. Here's how to do it:
Exporting the report
The report can be exported to XLSX or CSV format by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner.
Setting up access rights to the "Age profile" report
In PeopleForce, you can customize access rights to the "Age profile" report. Follow these simple steps:
Go to the "Roles and permissions" section in the settings.
Select the role you want to customize and click Edit.
In the role editing window, scroll down to the Reports section.
Select "Age profile" in the "Reports" field.
Save the settings.
After saving the settings, users with the corresponding role will have access to the "Age profile" report.
