Sharing review results with participants

Learn how to send review results to employees

Updated over a week ago

Sharing review results with managers and employees is one of the final steps of the review cycle.

It helps to provide feedback on performance, set future goals, and recognize achievements. This process facilitates discussions about areas for improvement and support needed, informs decisions about promotions and raises, and ensures alignment of expectations between employees and the organization.

ℹ️ You can share results after at least the manager completes a review (if they are included in the evaluation) and/or the employee submits the self-assessment.

❗It is impossible to submit a review after the results are shared. We recommend sharing the results when all reviews are completed.

Basically, only an HR (a person who creates the review cycle or can manage all cycles within the company) can share results with other employees.

Sharing results by HR

To share results, open Performance > Reviews, find the required cycle, and open it. Then, click the 'Share all' button to send the results to all participants.

If you want to send results only to specific participants, click the 3 dots next to the required employee and select Share.

You can also click the required employee from the 'Review participants' section and send them the results using the 'Share results' button.

Sharing results by a manager

When setting up a review cycle, you can enable managers to share review results and comments with employees, enabling them to receive and discuss feedback without your participation.

Managers and employees can access shared results in the Performance > Reviews > Results overview section.

ℹ️ It is possible to make the names of peer and upward reviewers anonymous for the reviewee's manager. So, they will not see the reviewer's name, only the provided feedback. In addition, peer and upward feedback can be anonymous for employees. These parameters can be configured in the cycle settings. Otherwise, reviewers' names and shared results will be displayed for the employee.

Sharing partially submitted reviews

Not every participant finishes their part of a 360 review on time - but you no longer need to wait or manually share incomplete feedback one by one.

With the enhanced “Share all” feature, you can now distribute reviews in bulk, even if some are only partially completed. For example, you can share results as soon as a manager’s feedback is ready.

If your review cycle has ended but not all reviewers have submitted input, you can still deliver what’s available. Just click Share all results, select Partially submitted reviews, and the system will share all completed feedback instantly.
