For employees to effectively perform their job responsibilities, it is essential to grant them appropriate access to the features and menus of the system. To enable specific actions for this role within your company, you can configure the following settings:

Core HR
In the Core HR section, you have the ability to grant specific permissions related to employee leave policies, team management, and company property.
Access to leave timeline: With this permission, employees can view all the leave across the company using a timeline view.
Approve and reject leaves: This permission allows employees to approve and reject all leaves within the company.
Manage employee leave policies: This permission allows employees to update their vacation policy.
Manage employee documents: This permission allows employees to view and manage all employee documents within the company.
Manage workflows: This permission allows employees to manage workflows within the company.
Manage teams: This permission can be granted in three different ways. None means that the ''Team'' tab will not be visible on employees' pages. ''View'' means that employees have access to view Teams. ''Edit'' means employees can add, edit, and delete teams.
Manage assets: This permission can be granted in three different ways.'' None'' means that the ''Assets'' tab is not accessible. ''View'' means that employees can view existing assets. ''Edit'' means employees can add, edit, and delete assets.
Desk
In the Desk module, you have the ability to grant specific permission to assist in managing a wide range of cases that may arise within the company. By granting permission to "Manage cases", employees are empowered to handle cases with efficiency.
Recruit
In the Recruit module section, you have the ability to grant specific permissions to the recruitment module:
If your company has employees who occasionally participate in the hiring process and interviews, you can enable the first checkbox in the settings and skip the rest (if the employee is not a recruitment manager and only needs access to specific vacancies they are involved in).
1. Hiring plan: Provides access to the Hiring plan section, which is formed based on vacancy applications. You can learn more about applications through forms in the article.
2. Manage test templates: This access allows employees to create tests and export data. More information can be found in the article.
3. Export data: Provides the ability to export lists of vacancies and candidates from the system.
4. Vacancies:
- Show all vacancies: Can view all vacancies within the company.
- Create new vacancies: Can add new vacancies within the company.
- Show vacancy salaries: Can see the minimum and maximum salary expectations for vacancies.
5. Candidates:
- Show all candidates: Can view all candidates within the company.
- Manage candidates: Can add new candidates, edit candidates, and move candidates between stages for the vacancies they collaborate on.
- Manage offers: Can create, send, and view sent offers for the candidates they can view.
- Delete candidates: Can delete any candidate the user has access to.
- Show candidate salaries: Can see the desired salary of candidates.
- Show candidate-sensitive fields. Can see all candidates' fields marked as sensitive.
Note! If you want some of your employees to participate in interviews, you don't need to give them any permissions from the Recruit module. Simply add them to the interview while scheduling it from the Candidate card. They will receive a notification in the system and via email. In the Me section, they can join the meeting. The scorecard and CV (if previously added) will be available to them.
Perform
In the Perform section, you can grant access to the following functions:

Schedule 1:1s with employees: With this permission, employees can schedule 1:1s with employees they have relation with.
Manage 1:1s across the company: With this permission, employees can manage all 1:1s across the company.
Reviews
Access to performance reviews: Employees can view the Performance tab in the system but cannot see, create, or manage review cycles and question templates without additional permissions.
Create review cycles: With this permission, employees can create and launch new review cycles across the company.
Manage all Review cycles: Employees can manage all aspects of review cycles across the company, including:
Editing review cycles
Making copies of review cycles
Exporting review cycles to Excel
Deleting review cycles
Sharing and unsharing results
Nudging employees to complete reviews
Locking the review cycle
Manage Review cycle question templates: Employees can manage review cycle question templates, including:
Editing templates

Objectives
View all objectives across the company: With this permission, employees can view all objectives across the company and leave comments on them.
Manage all objectives across the company: With this permission, employees can view and edit or add objectives across the company.
KPIs
Manage all KPSs across the company: With this permission, employees can view, edit and add objectives across the company.
Feedback
Give and request feedback: With this permission, employees can give, receive and ask feedback across the company.
Manage feedback across the company: With this permission, employees can see all feedbacks across the company and delete it.
Time
With the "Manage attendance" permission, you can allow employees to access and manage attendance records.
Pulse
By granting access to the "Manage surveys" feature, employees can effortlessly create and modify surveys within the system and conveniently use the Pulse module.
Reports
Users with permission can generate all reports, including personal information, salary, working hours, leave balances, assets, headcount, etc. Additionally, users with this permission can export the generated reports to XLSX or CSV format for further analysis.

2. Select specific reports: Grant access to specific reports based on user roles by selecting which ones they can view and use.
Settings
Access to PeopleForce Settings can be granted to users for customization of the platform. The specific sections that can be accessed are:
GENERAL: General, Billing, Alerts, Import, Integrations, Export, Webhooks.
CORE: Home, Calendars, Locations, Divisions, Departments, Positions, Holiday policies, Employment types, Skills, Forms.
CORE HR: Leave policies, Work patterns, Compensations, Onboarding, Offboarding, Probation policies, Termination reasons, Termination types, Employee Fields, Asset categories, and Document templates.
PERFORM: 1-on-1 types, 1-on-1 templates, Competencies.
RECRUIT: Career Site, GDPR, Vacancy Fields, Candidate Fields, Pipelines, Disqualify reasons, Sources, Applicant levels, Scorecards, Offer Templates, Email Templates, Interview Templates, Resume Templates, Vacancy Tags, Candidate Tags.
