Pipeline statistics report

Learn how to get detailed pipeline statistics of movements by vacancies and recruiters

Updated this week

The Pipeline statistics report helps you analyze how candidates progress through your recruitment pipeline. It shows how many candidates entered each stage, how many moved forward, and how many were rejected or withdrawn. This allows you to identify bottlenecks, assess the effectiveness of your hiring stages, and track overall conversion across the pipeline.

Unique candidate counting

The report now calculates statistics based on unique candidates rather than individual movements.

This means:

  • each candidate is counted once per stage, even if they move back and forth

  • repeated transitions between stages no create duplicate entries

  • totals reflect actual candidate volume rather than the number of status changes

When a candidate reaches a stage for the first time, that entry is counted in the report. If the candidate is later moved backward or forward to the same stage again, those additional transitions are not counted. For example, a candidate moves from Screening → Interview → Screening → Interview. It counts as Screening - 1 unique entry and Interview - 1 unique entry. This ensures your pipeline data reflects real candidate flow rather than workflow noise.

❗If you compare new report results to older exports or screenshots for the same period, the numbers may appear lower. This is expected and is the result of removing duplicated movements, not a change in actual recruitment activity.

Getting started with filters

You can refine the Pipeline statistics report using several filters:

  • Event date: Choose the date range for the report.

  • Vacancy: Select one or multiple vacancies.

  • Recruiter: Choose a recruiter to view their statistics.

  • Hiring lead: Filter results by hiring lead.

  • Team member: Filter by any team member involved in the hiring process.

  • Exclude vacancies with 0 activity: Toggle to hide vacancies with no candidate movements.

Understanding the report

The Pipeline statistics data has been converted into a chart, offering improved clarity and visual representation. Utilize the filters to focus on specific vacancies or employees, allowing for a tailored visual presentation of the data.

Below the chart, you'll find a detailed breakdown of your pipeline statistics for vacancies. This table presents information on various parameters including:

  • The vacancy that is being considered;

  • The hiring lead responsible for the vacancy;

  • The number of new candidates that have been considered for the role;

  • The number of interviews that have been conducted by the hiring lead;

  • The number of test tasks and offers that have been sent by the hiring lead;

  • The number of offers that have been accepted;

  • The total number of actions performed by the hiring lead to fill the vacancy.

To gain insights into the statistics of your recruiters' pipeline activities, refer to the Recruiters tab, where all the data will be displayed in both a chart and a table below. Terminated and deleted recruiters are now also displayed for historical activity, so past data remains accurate even if the recruiter no longer works at the company. This table provides information on the following parameters:

  • The recruiter's name;

  • The number of new candidates that have been considered for the role;

  • The number of interviews that have been conducted by the hiring lead;

  • The number of test tasks and offers that have been sent by the hiring lead;

  • The number of offers that have been accepted;

  • The total number of actions performed by the hiring lead to fill the vacancy.
