Learn how to efficiently use the candidate funnel report for a given vacancy

Updated over a week ago

A ''Vacancy funnel'' report is the report which provides detailed information on the candidate funnel for a given vacancy.

Getting Started with Filters

The ''Vacancy funnel'' report includes filters by Date range and Vacancy. By using these filters, you can customize your search and obtain specific information that interests you.

The recruitment funnel diagram presents information about the job vacancy at each stage of the recruitment process. This diagram is based on a recruitment funnel model, which outlines the different stages of the hiring process from beginning to end. The purpose of the recruitment funnel is to gradually filter and narrow down the pool of candidates until the most suitable candidate is selected for the vacancy.

By using the recruitment funnel, recruiters and hiring managers can focus in-depth on the results of each stage of the recruitment process for a specific vacancy.

Understanding the Report

Below is a table that provides information on our hiring process. It includes the following details about each candidate who applied for a vacancy:

  • Application date;

  • Full name;

  • Email and phone contact information;

  • Desired salary;

  • Current status in the hiring process;

  • Reason for disqualification (if applicable).

A pie chart with percentage ratios can be used to visualize the rejection distribution for the given vacancy.

All reports can be exported to XLSX or CSV format by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner.
